Sometimes you are receiving information from multiple sources, and sometimes you aren’t receiving any information. It’s difficult to know what steps to take as you attempt to cross the often tumultuous river of palliative care.

As regulated professionals, we have the knowledge to explain what your health care team is asking, how to provide an answer and even contact them on your behalf, should you wish us to do so. We can help you understand test results, treatment options or what else is available to you in order to guide you to a more informed decision about you or your loved one’s health care.

As a client of Stepping Stones Palliative Concierge Service, you will have a variety of options available to you. We can help you set up a comfortable and safe space at home where you can focus your remaining time with your loved ones. Or, if you prefer to be cared for in a facility, we can assist you with available options and navigate the referral processes.
